Revealing Your Shadows
It’s very challenging to identify and heal our own shadows. They hide behind us. They are the hidden aspects that we don’t want to see. When someone says something or does something that triggers you, that is a clear message that you have an unresolved issue in your subconscious that needs to be addressed. The nonacceptance of these aspects block us from achieving our goals and our full potential. So it really helps to have someone to assist you in revealing these shadows and giving you the tools to bring them into the light for healing.
