At this time, I am only offering Distant Reiki Treatments. In-person treatments will not be available until further notice. Distant Reiki sessions are just as effective as In-person. We set an appointment, I call you to discuss the concerns to be addressed, then we hang up and I send the Reiki treatment while you are in a quiet, relaxing place. Immediately after we talk again. Clients are surprised to feel energy moving during the session and shifts in the concerns.
Illness can be the result of a blockage of energy caused by lifestyle habits, stress or negative emotions. When the body systems are under stress or strain, an adverse or unnatural flow can result, causing dysfunction or dis-ease. Non-invasive and gentle, Reiki opens up the energy pathways, removes blocks, and reawakens the healing capacity within all of us. It is this free-flowing, balanced energy in the system which facilitates the healing processes of the body, mind and spirit.
What can you expect from a Reiki Treatment?
- The client lies fully clothed on a bodywork table
- The practitioner places their hands lightly on different areas of the client’s head, legs, and feet; or slightly off the body- working the aura/energy field of the client
- A treatment lasts approximately one hour/ please arrive 15 minutes early.
- The client may experience heat from the practitioner’s hands and tingling sensations on their body
- States of deep relaxation and well-being are reported by many clients
